We’re thrilled to be hosting Abhainn Wheeler a recent Crawford College of Art graduate in Contemporary Applied Art – Ceramics, Glass & Textiles as our 2025 Clay City Graduate 2025 - 2026.

Abhainn’s work draws on the mythic landscapes, rich folklore and shifting light of Ireland to create organic forms whose textures and colours echo the country’s hills, stone circles and rugged coastlines. Each piece becomes a vessel for the earth’s memory, inviting viewers to feel the weight of history, the pulse of the land and the timeless stories woven into its beauty.
